Oluwapelumi is an experienced Human Resources professional with a proven track record in HR strategy development, talent management, and organizational efficiency. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Networth Portfolio & Asset Management, where he has successfully redesigned the HR department, implemented key processes for talent management, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and payroll, significantly improving organizational operations and compliance with statutory remittances.
Oluwapelumi holds a First-Class Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Nasarawa State University , Keffi and a Master’s degree in Employment Relations & Human Resource Management from the University of Lagos. He is certified as a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), an Associate and holder of HR Practitioners’ License (HRPL) from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM). He is also the Chairman of the CIPM Lekki-Ajah-Badore Chapter of Lagos State Branch and an Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Training And Development (NITAD).
Previously, at Human Capital Partners (HCP), he led and supported various impactful HR consultancy projects for clients in the financial services industry, oil gas sector, telecommunications sector, the Lagos State Government and so on. He also played a key role in developing competency frameworks, job descriptions, and compensation structures for several organizations.
Oluwapelumi is recognized for his leadership in optimizing HR practices, process and principles, and enhancing employee satisfaction, and driving talent retention in diverse sectors.
